OUR SERVICES

Supporting your path towards personal growth

Choosing the right NDIS support is a significant step. At I See You Services, we go beyond checklists and standard plans. Tina takes the time to understand your unique needs and preferences, working closely with you to select services that genuinely suit your aspirations and daily needs. Because finding the right support should be straightforward and centred around you.

Level 1: Support Connection

Starting with the NDIS can sometimes be complex, but Tina can simplify the process with Level 1 Support Connection. Leveraging her experience in social work and education, she offers hands-on assistance to help you understand your NDIS plan fully. This includes helping you set up and attend meetings with service providers, guiding you on how to use the NDIS portal efficiently, and assisting in preparing for your plan reviews. Tina ensures that you are informed and confident to take charge of your NDIS journey.

Level 2: Coordination of Supports

With Level 2 Coordination of Supports, Tina works tirelessly to make sure that all your supports are cohesive and effective. This goes beyond just understanding your plan; Tina will find the right service providers for you, forming a team to work closely with you, making sure every step taken is aligned with your specific goals. She will also assist in tracking your budget and ensuring that all services align well with what is outlined in your NDIS plan, giving you a seamless experience while you focus on what truly matters to you.

Level 3: Specialist Support Coordination

Special circumstances require specialist support, and this is where Tina’s extensive background comes to the forefront. This service is designed for times of crisis, offering a higher level of support that works within the legal and health systems to provide solutions that are in your best interest. Tina will be at your side navigating complex situations, coordinating supports from specialised service providers, and being a pillar of support in case of any housing or living arrangement crises. You can count on Tina for a guided approach, where your wellbeing is the priority.

Frequently Asked Questions

Navigating the NDIS can bring up a lot of questions. We’ve gathered some of the most common ones to give you the answers you need, right here. If we haven't answered your question below, call us anytime on 0499 417 672.

Am I eligible for support coordination funding through the NDIS?

Eligibility for support coordination funding can vary based on your individual NDIS plan. Generally, you will need to have support coordination included in your plan during your planning meeting with the NDIA. It's always recommended to discuss your circumstances and the support you require in detail during this meeting to ensure the right supports are included

in your plan. Learn more about how to apply for and access the NDIS here.

What's the difference between support coordination and plan management?

While both support coordination and plan management assist NDIS participants in managing their supports, they focus on different aspects. Support coordination helps you utilise your NDIS funding effectively to meet your goals, by helping you find and connect with service providers. While plan management is about managing the financial aspects of your NDIS plan, such as invoicing and budget tracking. Essentially, support coordination is about connecting you to the right services, while plan management is about handling the finances of your plan.

How do I get started with support coordination?

Starting with support coordination typically involves a few key steps:

  • Ensure support coordination is included in your NDIS plan.
  • Reach out to Tina at I See You Services to discuss your needs and goals.
  • Tina will then help you understand your plan in detail and assist in finding suitable service providers to meet your needs.
  • Once you've chosen your service providers, Tina will help you establish agreements with them and get your support underway.
What are the differences between the 3 levels of support coordination?

There are three levels of support coordination, each offering a different intensity of support:

Support Connection (Level 1): This is a lighter level of support aimed at empowering you to build the skills you need to understand and implement your NDIS plan.

Coordination of Supports (Level 2): This level involves a more coordinated approach to managing and delivering your supports, including finding and organising service providers to meet your goals.

Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3): This is a higher level of support, generally reserved for participants with more complex needs. It involves specialist support from a support coordinator like Tina who has expertise in certain areas to manage challenges and crises effectively.

Do you offer support coordination services remotely?

Yes! I See You Services offers support coordination services online. This means that no matter where you are, you can access dedicated and personalised support to help manage your NDIS supports effectively, bringing peace of mind and ease in navigating the NDIS landscape.
